Tumbling Classes

Tumble Blue

This class is for athletes who are working levels 1-2 skills.  Athletes must understand the fundamentals of tumbling in order to take this class. Skills to be learned include:

•Backbend kickovers

•Backwalkovers

•Frontwalkovers

•Introduction to standing back handsprings (Drills, Spotting)

•Introduction to roundoff back handsprings

Mondays from 4-5pm & Wednesdays from 5-6pm

Tumble White

This class is for athletes who are working levels 2-3 skills.  Athletes must be able to properly execute a roundoff back handspring and a standing back handspring on the floor with no assistance in order to take this class. Skills to be learned include but are not limited to:

•Standing back handspring series

•Roundoff back handspring series

•Introduction into running tucks (Roundoff back handspring back tuck AND roundoff back tuck)

Tuesdays from 4-5pm & Thursdays from 5-6pm

Tumble Black

This class is for athletes who are working level 4 skills.  Athletes must be able to properly execute a roundoff back handspring back tuck, and series standing back handsprings on the floor with no assistance in order to take this class. Skills to be learned include but are not limited to:

•Standing back tuck

•Standing back handspring series to back tuck

•Introduction to layouts

Mondays from 5-6pm & Wednesdays from 4-5pm

Tumble Purple

This class is for athletes who are working levels 5-6 skills.  Athletes must be able to properly execute a roundoff back handspring layout, a standing back tuck, and series standing back handsprings to back tuck on the floor with no assistance in order to take this class. Skills to be learned include but are not limited to:

•Standing series back handsprings to layout

•Introduction to twisting

•Running tumbling to full/double full

•Standing tumbling to full/double full

•Advanced specialties such as standing fulls, arabians, and more

All tumbling classes above run from June 1, 2020-August 31, 2020

Tumbling Classes:  $65 per month. Monthly payment is due at the beginning of your first class.

Flyers Classes:  Improve flexibility, performance, strength/stability, and motion. $40 per month. Monthly payment is due at the beginning of your first class. Day/time TBD.

This class is for athletes that are new to tumbling. No prior experience needed!  Athletes will learn and perfect the fundamentals of tumbling in this class.  Skill to be learned include:

•Forward Rolls

•Backward rolls

•Handstands

•Backbends

•Front limbers

•Cartwheels

•Round-offs
