This class is for athletes who are working levels 5-6 skills. Athletes must be able to properly execute a roundoff back handspring layout, a standing back tuck, and series standing back handsprings to back tuck on the floor with no assistance in order to take this class. Skills to be learned include but are not limited to:
- Standing series back handsprings to layout
- Introduction to twisting
- Running tumbling to full/double full
- Standing tumbling to full/double full
- Advanced specialties such as standing fulls, arabians, and more
