This class is for athletes who are working levels 1-2 skills. Athletes must understand the fundamentals of tumbling to take this class. Skills to be learned include:
- Backbend kickovers
- Backwalkovers
- Frontwalkovers
- Introduction to standing back handsprings (Drills, Spotting)
- Introduction to roundoff back handsprings
